Diabetic Nerve Pain Impact Tool

The following questions can help you find out if you may have diabetic nerve pain. Take the results to your healthcare provider and talk about your answers.

If you have diabetes, you may feel pain in your feet, legs, hands, or arms. This could be diabetic nerve pain. It may have many symptoms.

Remember, only your doctor or other healthcare provider can determine if you have diabetic nerve pain.

There are 2 ways to use the Diabetic Nerve Pain Impact Tool. Either:
